Submitting an enquiry through the website does not guarantee acceptance of a booking. A project is only confirmed once scope, timing, and any payment arrangements have been agreed.

Because each song is custom made, you are responsible for providing accurate information, reference material, and feedback needed to complete the commission.

You acknowledge that AI-assisted composition and audio tools can have creative, technical and policy-based limitations, which means certain ideas, stylistic requests, vocal approaches, names, themes, or production outcomes may not always be possible exactly as requested.

We will use reasonable efforts to guide, refine, and adapt the brief within those practical limits to achieve the strongest possible result for your project.

Reasonable revision rounds may be offered as part of the agreed service, but substantial changes in brief, additional production requests, or extra revisions may require a separate agreement.

Any prices shown on the website are for general guidance unless expressly stated otherwise. Final pricing, payment schedule, and delivery expectations will be confirmed for each project.

Because commissioned work is personalised and time-based, refunds may be limited once creative work has begun, except where required by law or otherwise agreed in writing.

All website content, branding, copy, graphics, audio, and original materials remain the property of VERSE N' VIBES or the relevant rights holder unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Any licence or usage rights in a commissioned work should be understood in line with the specific agreement made for that project.

If you provide stories, messages, names, or other material for a commission, you confirm that you have the right to share that material with us for the purpose of creating the song.

We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that the site will always be uninterrupted, error free, or suitable for every purpose.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
